Free and Scout+ Inner Circle membership provide education, profile-building tools and opportunities for MSA to share your profile with interested college coaches, subject to your sharing permissions. Neither membership makes you an MSA-represented athlete or creates an agency relationship. Agency representation requires separate acceptance and a signed representation agreement.
