Contact information & sharing
MSA uses the information you provide to operate your account and support your athlete’s profile. Recruiting profile and contact access remain subject to the app’s coach approval, sport access and guardian permissions. Creating a Free or Scout+ Inner Circle account is not blanket permission to share your contact details with advertisers.
Optional sponsor and brand contact sharing
If you expressly opt in, you authorize Mathurin Sports Agency to share your own name, email address and phone number with sponsors and brand partners so they may contact you about potential sponsorships, endorsements or relevant products and services. This choice is optional and is separate from newsletter signup, coach access and agency representation. It does not authorize automated marketing texts or calls.
An adult athlete may opt in for their own contact information. A parent or guardian may opt in for their own contact information when creating their athlete’s account. This option does not authorize sharing a minor’s direct email or phone number, transcripts, date of birth or other private records with sponsors. A minor cannot grant sponsor contact-sharing permission through signup.
You can decline and still use your account. To withdraw permission for future sharing, email MSA from the account email with the subject “Withdraw sponsor sharing.” MSA must honor that withdrawal before further sharing. Information already provided to a partner cannot be recalled; contact that partner to request deletion or stop its communications.

Free and Scout+ Inner Circle memberships support education, profile building and recruiting tools. Neither makes an athlete an MSA-represented client. Agency representation and negotiations require separate acceptance and a signed agreement. Membership does not guarantee recruiting interest, offers, scholarships, endorsements or representation.
Purchase & refund policy
Purchases are final. No refunds or prorated refunds, except where required by law.
This includes unused portions of a purchased membership period and does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived. The amount, access period and any renewal terms must be shown before payment. Online checkout is not yet available; viewing plans or sending an inquiry does not authorize a charge.
Consultations are separate bookings. MSA confirms session availability, your remaining sessions, the fee and scheduling terms before purchase. The standard limit is three consultation sessions per client per calendar year (January 1–December 31), including complimentary sessions. All appointments must fit the requested agent’s availability and confirmed schedule. A request does not reserve an appointment. Additional support requires a separate request, approval and written quote.

Guardian approval is required for athletes under 18. Shared recruiting details may include the athlete’s name, age, school, graduation year, sport, photo and highlights. Individual coach links require sign-in and authorized access. Creating a link does not send it to anyone. Athletes can disable their individual link from “Share with college coaches.” Contact MSA to withdraw broader roster sharing or request account removal.
